We believe in building long-term relationships with both the owners and tenants of our managed properties. We are the direct contact for the tenants from the time they negotiate a lease through their entire lease term.

We offer a hands-on, team approach to dealing with the operations and maintenance at our managed properties. We conduct frequent walk-throughs of the buildings and are in daily contact with maintenance, janitorial, HVAC and many other vendors to ensure that the needs of the building owners and tenants are being met in a timely and efficient manner.

We provide fully integrated accounting and lease administration services. We are responsible for operating and capital budgeting, rent collection, property tax appeals, energy management, and safety implementation programs.
