Frampton & Opinsky, LLC provides construction management services for the buildings we manage and develop. We hire and oversee general contractors, architects, engineers, interior designers, mechanical contractors, and other vendors.

Our team has also facilitated hazardous material removal, underground storage tank removal, and soil remediation projects. On these types of projects, our goal is to work with the contractors to ensure the materials are removed in a cost-effective manner, while providing a safe environment for tenants, employees and visitors.
