Chad Frampton
Member
Chad has been with the company since 1987. Prior to moving to Anchorage, he was a partner in a real estate company that managed office, retail and industrial properties. His expertise includes sales, leasing, marketing, consulting, and property valuation. He has overseen all aspects of the company including building and land sales, leasing, management, budgeting and business administration. Chad has lived in Anchorage since 1982. He enjoys skiing, biking, hiking, fishing, travel and spending time with his grandkids. He is a past president and member of BOMA, and has been a speaker at the annual BOMA Real Estate Forecast Luncheon on multiple occasions.
Wade Bradison
General Manager / Broker / Member
Wade is the general manager and real estate broker for the company. With over 25 years in construction management, his experience has included all phases of construction from excavation to owner occupancy. As the broker he has experience in all aspects of leasing, sales, property management and administrative duties. Wade studied economics at the University of Alaska. He has been on the Building Owners Managers Associations (BOMA) board of directors and past president. He is a longtime Alaskan who enjoys fishing, hunting and riding snowmachines. He is married and has 3 grown children and a grandson.
Paul Gerharz
Leasing & Property Manager / Manager
Paul has been in commercial property management and leasing since January of 2008 when Frampton and Opinsky, gave him the opportunity for a career change. Paul’s success in property management is attributed to his ability to problem solve, and his commitment to serve the clients and tenants needs. Prior to joining the team, Paul served for 21 years with the Alaska Army National Guard as a helicopter pilot, then later in financial services. Born in Wisconsin and primarily raised in Alaska, Paul is an avid Green Bay Packers fan who enjoys hunting, fishing, and recreational gold mining. He is married with two boys and 3 Cavalier King Charles spaniels.
Erik Frampton
Leasing & Property Manager / Member
Erik is a fourth generation Alaskan, born and raised in West Anchorage. He started at Frampton and Opinsky in building maintenance while finishing his bachelor’s degree in English at the University of Alaska Anchorage. After learning the business from the ground up, Erik advanced to a commercial leasing agent and property manager. He credits his mentor, John Opinsky, for sharing industry-wide respected expertise and guidance. Erik participates in local organizations that support both a prosperous state economy and the commercial building industry, including BOMA. In his free time, you can find Erik on the water with a fishing rod in one hand and his baby girl in the other.
Donale Leitch
Office Manager/Member
Donale was born and raised in Alaska and is the office manager. She assists the owners, property managers, office, and maintenance staff to make sure everything runs smoothly. With a background in accounting, she prepares payroll, budgets, financial reporting and day-to-day bookkeeping operations. The company has been a wonderful place to work for the past 24 years allowing the flexibility to raise a family and travel. In her time off, she enjoys spending time at her lake house with family and friends and traveling as much as possible to see what the rest of the world has to offer.
Christina Chevront
Bookkeeper
Christina was raised in a military family and moved around quite a bit, but Alaska has been home since 1989. She is a 2001 graduate of Bartlett High School. Originally an Elementary Education major at UAA, she switched to Accounting after enjoying her time learning the ins and outs of bookkeeping over the years. Christina loves that the company is more like a family, rather than just co-workers. In her spare time, she loves to read, bowl (which she has been doing since she was 3), spending time with family, and enjoying all Alaska has to offer.
Through AnchorTown Maintenance, a division of Frampton & Opinsky, LLC, we provide building maintenance services for the buildings we manage, as well as other properties in the Anchorage area.
